We are located right off the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway between milepost #170 & #171 (adjacent to the old Floyd Fest grounds). Turn onto gravel road Route 720 (Rock Castle Gorge Rd) and continue until you see our sign!
NOTE: There are two entrances to Route 720 from the Parkway–both get you to the Villa!

We are open for the 2025 season (last day is Dec. 13) and have resumed regular hours.
We love kids. We love dogs. As long as they’re friendly, leashed (the dogs, of course!) and picked up after, bring them with you! We just ask that all guests are respectful of others.
Guests are welcome to bring outside food.
Under no circumstances are guests allowed to consume outside wine, beer or alcohol on Villa Appalaccia property.
