May 17-18 “All Things Olive” explore the flavors of freshly pressed 2007-08 olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars and olives from around the Mediterranean sea. The tasting will be followed by a meal pasta Putenesca and breads with olives. This has been our most popular event for many years! $15

Oct 11-12 “ Cheeses of the World” Sample 15 or more cheeses paired with various wines and learn about the intricacies of cheese production and what makes cheeses taste so different from each other.
Nov 1-2 Amarone-Valpolicella tasting. Learn about and sample these magnificent wines paired with Italian antipastis. We will also sample the barrels of Villa Appalaccia’s 2007 Amarone. By reservations only. $ 20
