Anti-Pasta Weekends. This year we are providing a typical Italian antipasto plate which will make an exciting change for lunch. $10 per person. A selection of Italian salamis, mushrooms, stuffed pepper, artichoke, cheese, pesto, crusty bread and when available, additional fresh items. To be sure of having this offering, please E-mail us several days in advance. Some weekends we are at festivals and it will not be available, so it is advisable to check first. Cheese and bread plates are always available.
June 19,20. All Things Olive. Join us 12:00 to 4:00 PM for an extensive tasting of cold pressed virgin olive oils from various estates in Italy and around the Mediterranean. On Sunday, in addition to the planned tasting up to ten olive oils, ten different olives, balsamic vinegars aged 5, 10. 15 and 20 years will also be sampled. For lunch, we will serve an olive pasta and olive bread to enjoy with a glass of wine. Cost: tastings and lunch $15 (wine not included). Come and explore the various flavors of oils and olives! August 7. Flat Breads of the World. Still in the planning stage. We expect to cook 5 different breads from an extensive list of possibles, depending upon our facility capacity. Please check the web site for updates and we will also send a note once plans are finalized.

July 3,4. Floyd Fandango; Wine and Beer Festival. Next door at the Floyfest site. (Please see www.floydfandango.com. This event has no influence on you ease of visiting us so feel free to come here and listen to the music from the event and the brick oven will be on!
